Tara Mac has been nationally certified through the Academy of Applied Personal Training located at Hofstra University since 2003.  She has been a fitness resource and motivator to people of all ages and demographics and has a genuine passion and desire to help people.   Throughout her career, in addition to being a certified Personal Trai

Tara Mac has been nationally certified through the Academy of Applied Personal Training located at Hofstra University since 2003.  She has been a fitness resource and motivator to people of all ages and demographics and has a genuine passion and desire to help people.   Throughout her career, in addition to being a certified Personal Trainer, she gained experience in group training, tennis conditioning, and special population training  along with specialty certifications.   She was Director of Fitness for a Tennis/Personal Training Club for 9 years and has now moved her expertise EXCLUSIVELY to  T-MAC FITNESS!     Take that first step and contact Tara Mac-you won't be sorry!

Whether you choose virtual personal training or one-on-one in person sessions, Tara Mac is  capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals.  All sessions are individualized to your personal needs/injuries/goals/habits/ and personality!


PRIVATE SESSIONS:  1 on 1 personal training to reach your

PRIVATE SESSIONS:  1 on 1 personal training to reach your goals! 


GROUP DISCOUNTED SESSIONS  -(no more than 3!) - train with your family, friends, and/or co-workers for a group personal training session at a discounted price!


CORRECTIVE EXERCISE SESSIONS:   poor posture?  joint/muscle pain? muscle imbalances?  tightness?  These are all addressed and improved during this specialty personal training session!


NEW!  STRETCH SESSIONS - Certified through Brad Walker (Stretch Lab)  These sessions will ease pain, improve range of motion, flexibility, mobility, posture, increase blood flow, and correct imbalances.  A must-have addition to your fitness routine!

BODYBOARD CLASS:  Interval Training with the use of resistance bands.   You will get  cardio, strength and core in a HIIT style workout in this 45 min class!




BODYBOARD CLASS:  Interval Training with the use of resistance bands.   You will get  cardio, strength and core in a HIIT style workout in this 45 min class!


PLYOGA FITNESS:  This class is a combination of plyometrics for 20 seconds with a 10 second active recovery in yoga poses.  All fitness levels are welcomed and modifications are made.


AQUATIC FITNESS CLASS:  This is a total body workout designed to create a safe and effective workout for all with cardiovascular moves, strength training, flexibility, core endurance, and balance. 


FULL BODY INTERVAL TRAINNG - a full body workout with an equipment mixup - you will use kettlebells, sandbells, bands, balls, ladders and weights for cardio and strength for every muscle group


BARRE CLASSES:  A combo of low-impact cardio mixed with pilates, core and strength.  The difference in this class is isometric movements which contract specific muscles.  Sounds easy but you have to try this leg-quivering, booty burn with emphasis  on your core!

STRETCH & CORRECTIVE EXERCISE:  15 minutes of corrective exercises (different focus every week) with 1/2 hour of full body stretch!
